I know you are busy and (like most of us who run our own organisations and teams) are coming to the end of a year full of change and turbulence. Feedback from our client base indicates that some teams are finding it challenging to finalise their business plans. They are questioning whether 2012 is the right time to take action and grow; maintain the current structure; or downsize the business.

TpEBO has organised a series of Focus 2012 workshops to help business owners and teams identify and concentrate on priorities for 2012. After five hours of coaching, plus some additional time spent on fieldwork, you will be clear on your direction for 2012.

I will personally facilitate the sessions; you will be challenged and need to dedicate time to focus on the important issues your business is facing. I know what it is like to lead an organisation; have experienced the ups and downs of business; and understand what it’s like to operate in a turbulent market.

If you speak Italian, Spanish or French my colleague Alessandra Corradini will deliver these sessions online or in person.

Note: Recorded sessions and downloads are available after each session. There is fieldwork (about an hour between sessions) to help you get the most out of the programe.

Option 2: Team Webinars (bespoke) :
Timed to suit the team needs

Max: 12 attendees

Option 3: Dedicated Team Session :
Tailor-made sessions for teams and companies. Timed and structured to suit company needs. Where I personally lead a specially created goal setting session with you and your team
1 day session – off-site €1,500
(fees excludes travel, venue hire and refreshments).
